Skin tint ended up being my first ever foundation! Going with more full coverage foundation with contour and concealer always intimidated me so I like skin tint for a light makeup look. It just has enough tint to smooth the face but still looks natural. I don’t personally care to cover blemishes or have a strong base layer so that’s why I like it a lot!

I’ve been using skin tint in g10 for over a year now. Before the pandemic I was more into medium-full coverage makeup base (I wore a full face of makeup to the office everyday for many years ) but after not wearing makeup for a couple of years while working from home, going back to my usual makeup routine felt too heavy. I have oily/combination acne prone skin, with some scarring and discoloration. Skin tint is very sheer, it doesn’t provide coverage at all, but it gives my face a nice, dewy and natural “blur” effect. I really like it. It’s a nice “every day” sheer base. Now I reserve my “more coverage”foundations for special occasions, like events or nights out.
